Plate Processing
Our facility is equipped to handle all your cutting needs, from high-definition precision cutting to standard-definition options and traditional oxy-propane burning for materials up to 5 inches thick.

All tables are able to process mild carbon steel, QT100 & AR400 steel as well as Stainless steel.
Hypatherm HPR – 10ft X 24ft
Capable of burning light gauge material from 20ga up to 1-3/4” plate using plasma burning. This table also has an OXY burning torch that is capable of burning up to 5” plate
Hypatherm XPR – 8ft X 24ft
Capable of burning 20ga up to 1-3/4” plate.
Voortman V325 – 10ft X 24ft
Capable of burning ¼” to 1-3/4” using plasma, but also has an Oxy torch that can burn up to 4” plate.
