Wheelabrating

Our tailored surface profiles provide complete surface preparation, ensuring optimal adhesion and corrosion protection for painting, coating, or welding processes.
Blast profile is 1.5-3.5 mils. Our standard blast is an SSPC-SP6 (commercial blast), however we can achieve a SSPC-SP10 (near white blast) if required. Our shot is a mixture of S280 and 40Grit
Primers are JUST a shop primer and are designed to protect the steel in the elements for an average of 3-6 months in the elements, they are NOT designed to be used as a topcoat or finish coat.
